MANAGEMENT OF ADAPTATION OF HEALTH PROTECTION ESTABLISHMENTS STAFF IN THE NEW CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual problem of adaptation of medical staff to new conditions of activity of medical institutions of the public sector in the light of the functional and structural changes in the industry, changes in the mechanism of financial support, the introduction of professional management, etc. The main problems are analyzed, the necessity is substantiated, and the directions for improving the management process of staff adaptation in the subsystem of forming the staff potential of a medical organization are determined.
