Abstract
In the scientific article the essence and necessity of development of the system of administration of taxes and fees in the modern economic realities of the Ukrainian state is investigated. The peculiarities of formation of tax relations and activity of tax bodies in the process of tax administration in the developed European countries of the USA and Canada are considered.
