Investigation of the effect of organizational culture on occupational satisfaction in Telecommunication Company of Iran (A case study in Telecommunication Company of Fars province)

Abstract
The goal of the present study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture on occupational satisfaction in Telecommunication Company of Fars province. The statistical population of this study includes all the employees of Telecommunication Company of Fars province, and statistical sample consists of 225 individuals. Data collection tools are organizational culture questionnaire and occupational satisfaction questionnaire. The validity of these questionnaires has been confirmed by the experts and the supervisor, and the reliability of them has been assessed by the calculation of Chronbach’s alpha (0.79 and 0.80 respectively). Kolmogorov-Smirnov’s regression and SPSS 22 software have been used for hypothesis testing. Findings have shown significant relationship between empowerment factors, team orientation, ability development, fundamental values, collaboration, agreement and solidarity and coordination, making Transformation, customer orientation, organizational learning, intention, strategic directionality, goals and purposes, and the perspective of the employees of the Telecommunication Company of Fars province and their occupational satisfaction. There is also a significant relationship between organizational culture and occupational satisfaction.
