Investigation of the microwave generator with a resonator and delay line based on magnetostatic waves

Abstract

A model was built as a ring MSW generator using as elements defining the frequency the resonator and delay line based on magnetostatic waves in epitaxial ferrite film. The features of the characteristics of the generator is due to the fact that this oscillator with delayed feedback. The applied method of investigation MSW generator is characterized in that the numerical analysis model of the process reflects the real oscillations in the MSW generator. This makes it possible to study both stationary regimes and setting modes of oscillations.
