INVESTMENT IN OUTSOURCING OF HUMAN RESOURCES: ACTUALITY TODAY

Abstract
The conditions of the outsourcing of human resources are investigated. The basic demands for outsourcing of human resources are established. The main functional aspects of outsourcing of human resources are highlighted. The importance of the Internet for training and staff training is analyzed. Link between outsourcing costs and staff qualifications is found. The main reasons for investing in training staff as a professional outsourcer are highlighted.
