INVESTMENT SUPPORT FOR ECONOMIC MODERNIZATION OF ANIMAL HUSBANDRY

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the research is to study the practical significance and main trends of economic modernization investment support with an endeavor of intensive livestock development and livestock production efficiency improvement. Methodology of research. The research methodological basis is the scientific works of the leading Ukrainian scientists on animal husbandry economic modernization and development. In the process of research, we used the general scientific methods, including: the economic and statistical analysis - when evaluating the status of the livestock sector modernization investment support; abstract-logical, economic and statistical research methods - when identifying the factors that are driving the need for investment ensuring of economic modernization and determining the directions of the animal husbandry development based on the introduction of innovative technologies. Findings. The paper considers the status of investments to support the livestock industry modernization. The importance of investments as resources for improving the economic activity of agriculture main branches is emphasized. The article deals with the study of economic content, importance and need for investments to support economic modernization of the production processes in animal husbandry, implementation of which will contribute to the increase of its competitiveness and production volumes rise of all types of livestock products. It was found that one of the important conditions for the animal husbandry further development is the combination and interrelation of investments and innovation activity by increasing the investment funds size into the modern innovative technologies and the production of livestock products innovative types. It was proposed to take into account the identified factors, underlying the need for economic modernization investment ensurance and the development of animal husbandry based on the innovative technologies introduction. Originality. The study scientific novelty is in grounding of the scientific provisions on finding the sources of financial resources attraction and investment supply ensurance of the livestock production processes economic modernization. Practical value. The practical importance of the research is in the fact that formed proposals will contribute to solving the problem of increasing the effective development and strengthening the competitive positions of animal husbandry in agricultural enterprises based on activation of modernization processes.
