Investments in Human Resources Is a Condition of Knowledge Society Functioning

Abstract
The article tries to touch the discussion about investment in human resources under theoretical dimension. The article adduces the conception of human resource interpretation, analyses the theoretical aspects of investment in the human resources, highlights the efficiency of investment in human resources as a condition of behaviour of the knowledge society.
