Abstract

Streszczenie Irracjonalne myślenie, mocno zakorzenione w psychoterapii, jest jednym z powodów trudności w nadaniu jej charakteru nauki. Wydaje się to związane z ekspansją irracjonalności we współczesnej kulturze. Psychoterapia, której celem jest leczenie zaburzeń zdrowia, powinna być oparta na racjonalnych, naukowych podstawach. Ale czy irracjonalność nie jest użyteczna w pomaganiu, zarówno chorym, jak i zdrowym ludziom?
