IRRATIONAL FACTORS OF FORMATION POLITICAL LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS

Abstract
This article is written about research of theoretical grounds of formation political legal consciousness. Modern state of development of the problem is analyzed. Described irrational factors, that influencing to formation of political legal consciousness, such as indifference, selectivity, prejudice, instructions, stereotypes, fear ideas of criminal groups, ideas of personality, fairness of distribution of social goods, image of own country and other countries. Attention in the article is concentrated at demands of development of unique approach to spare irrational factors in the process of development of political legal consciousness. There was underlined the importance of understanding the functioning irrational factors of political legal consciousness for organization and supporting forms of state regime.
