IRRITATORS AS A CONFLICT ELEMENT

Abstract
The article deals with a notion “conflictogen” and its function in the process of mediation. The notion “conflictogen” correlates with the terms such as conflict markers and irritators performing the same role on the background of a conflict. An invasive role of the conflict irritators denotes to the linguistic tools that communicators use in a dispute following their own aims. The role of negotiator does not also help parties to find out mutually accepted solution but also on the first stages neutralizes the conflict irritators, define values that each party stays with. Linguistic irritators can be presented on the lexical, phraseological, syntactical and morphological levels. At the same time it can be realized in the forms of manipulative tactics such as fascinating tactics, tactic of “disheveled feather”, tactic of “hidden reproaches”, proved argumentative tactic, tactic of treat, tactic of the principle positions that are mostly used in the case of confrontation.
