Issues of legal theory and practice of land lease under condition of fulfillment of land reform in Ukraine

Abstract
Legal doctrine and practice of land lease under condition of fulfillment of land reform in Ukraine is analyzed. It is proved that with introduction on January 1, 2013 land registration reform lease right transforms into real-obligatory right. The proposal to introduce changes to article 33 Law of Ukraine “On Land Lease” according to which the subject of renewal should be land lease right but not land lease contract is substantiated.
