Abstract

The object of literary, artistic and technical creativity, the result of hard work of its Creator should have the right to protection of property rights. At the present stage of development of society we can not imagine relations without protection of property rights. Properties closely guarded, and protected at the legislative level. This article describes the stages of development of the concept of industrial property for many centuries. For efficient and reliable legal protection of the institution of ownership has gone through many stages, but almost immediately acquired an international importance. Shows changes in human relationships to intellectual property rights, understanding the importance of protecting creations and changed her methods at various stages of history. Initially, the protection was aimed at protecting Creator's personality, and later to the middle ages and the object of ownership. Derived relationship in the development of industrial property with intellectual property and other fields. Under the influence of the industrial revolution expanded the concept of rights and industrial property. It is the legitimate right of the individual to the product of his labor and profit. Given various examples of the first legislative acts and methods, which defended the rights of inventors, key discoveries that influenced the development of modern science. The appearance of the first privileges of the feudal period, the Venetian patent law, the approval of legal legislation in the field of steel production, widespread use of patents. Described the first procedure of granting patents in different countries, their legal force. Also outlines the history of WIPO, from the signing of the Paris Convention to the present day. The creation and establishment of the first organization for the protection of intellectual property, of the Convention, the Secretariat and the committees working on a permanent basis in the sphere of intellectual property on a global level. Presents Ukraine's place in the world intellectual property organization working agreement with the aim of intensifying cooperation. Revealed that the concept of industrial property is beyond the scope of the enterprise proposed knowledge protected on the world legislative level, allow you to use valuable information.
