IT integration of the rapidly growing Azoty Tarnów Capital Group

Abstract
The paper outlines the process of transformation of the IT services at Azoty Tarnów which has become the foundation of the multi-level integration of the growing Capital Group. The developed area management model, based on the best global practices, allows efficient support in building the value of the company with increasingly dispersed location.
