ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ПОЧВЕННОЙ МИКРОФЛОРЫ ЮЖНОГО КАЗАХСТАНА

Abstract
Given the practical need and demand for biofertilizers in crop production, many scientific laboratories conducting research in the field of agricultural biotechnology, including in the Republic of Kazakhstan, are actively engaged in the problems of ensuring and improving the quality of biological products based on soil bacteria. In the course of our experiments, we conducted research in the following areas: a) studied and analyzed the state of populations by isolating local strains of pure Azotobacter chroococcum cultures from the soil microflora of cereal plants; b) the accumulative cultures, as well as morphocytological characteristics of cells in these cultures, which are a potential source in the production of biological products based on soil bacteria, were Studied.
