ЗАГАЛЬНІ ПОЛОЖЕННЯ МЕТОДУ КРИМІНАЛІСТИЧНОГО МОНІТОРИНГУ

Abstract
Nowadays there is an important issue in improving of general-theoretical fundaments of forensic methods. One of such methods is forensic monitoring method that is a complex system way of gathering, generalization, estimation, systematization and verification of forensic important information. It was emphasized that forensic monitoring may be used during pre-trial investigation of criminal offences and for crimes prophylaxis, that`s why the goal of forensic monitoring method is: 1) caring out the prophylaxis events for preventing, debarment, discontinuation of criminal offences; 2) location of proves. The object of forensic monitoring is criminal phenomena, and it`s subject is forensic important information. There were distinguished five stages of forensic monitoring method realization, they are gathering the information, generalization of information, estimation of quality of information, systematization of information and it`s verification. It was researched that separated stages of realization have such peculiarities: integrated approach, simultaneity, flexibility, correlation.
