Janusz Korczak in Ukrainian and Polish researches of the end of 20th – 10th years of 21st century

Abstract
The characteristic of Ukrainian and Polish researches of the theory and practice of Janusz Korczak's pedagogical activity is presented in the article. The specific character of the source base of Korczak's Study in Ukraine and Poland is justified. The article singles out several groups of scientific works that comprehensively cover the peculiarities of the pedagogical work of an outstanding teacher: the study of the facts of his life and activities; the study of J. Korchak's literary activity; works devoted to his pedagogical methods, social and pedagogical activity; the research of scientific-methodological and practical-recommendative character etc.
