Socio-cultural Determinants of Content Modernization in the Prospective Teacher's Training to Professional Activity Self-organization at Higher School

Abstract
The teacher of higher school should be a person, who is able to generate innovative ideas, to think systematically in different situations, to be involved in the system of educational upgrades and to work effectively. The author analyses the main trends in the system of higher education, defines the requirements of teacher's professional activity and the conditions of teacher's training.
