Jersinioza czy choroba Leśniowskiego Crohna?

Abstract
Jersinioza jest chorobą odzwierzęcą wywołaną zakażeniem bakterią Yersinia enterocolictica. Różnorodność towarzyszących jej objawów klinicznych oraz podobieństwo do innych chorób przysparza dużych trudności diagnostyczno-terapeutycznych. Autorzy prezentują przypadek 38-letniego pacjenta, u którego zakażenie bakterią Yersinia enterocolitica imitowało chorobę Leśniowskiego-Crohna.<br/><br/>
