Today's professional world is moving towards increasing productivity by involving technological developments in the workplace. Innovative work behavior is behavior that employees are expected to be able to carry out in order to survive in the world of work. This research uses quantitative correlational methods. A total of 144 manufacturing employees in Surabaya were involved as respondents in this research. The analytical technique used for analysis is mediation analysis and Spearman's rho correlation. The research results show that job insecurity is able to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and innovative work behavior. There is a positive relationship between organizational culture, job insecurity, and innovative work behavior.
