JUDICIAL ECONOMIC EXPERTISE IN UKRAINE: ITS ECONOMIC COURSE AND PERSONNEL SECURITY

Abstract
The article deals with the essence of judicial economic expertise and, based on the results of preliminary studies, presented its own interpretation. The authors discuss the organization of proper human resources provision of expert activity in Ukraine, in particular, in the part of conducting judicial economic expertise. It is noted that the court expert as a subject of procedural legal relations who is charged with conducting judicial expertise is a key figure in judicial expert activity. The position of a court expert by nature is exceptional because it has certain features that are presented in our study. The list of disciplines for the combination of qualitative basic training, practical skills, and professional knowledge of judicial experts-economists is presented.
