Abstract
In this work the author identified and analyzed doctrinal approaches to the definition of the methodological basis of scientific investigation. Clarified understanding of the methodological basis of scientific investigation.Revealed the cognitive potential of judicial law-making in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine activity. Refined features of the methodological bases of research in a judicial law-making in the Constitutional Court of Ukraineactivities, determined its contents and provided its characteristics.
