Judicial supervision on the stage of inquest

Abstract
It is considered the issues of carrying out a judicial supervision on the stage of inquest; it is analyzed the provisions of the CPC, given suggestions to change and supplement the criminal-procedural legislation. It is noted incompliance of the provisions of the CPC in part of judicial supervision to the requirement of the Constitution.
