JURIDICAL (FACTUAL) COMPOSITION IN CIVIL LAW: ESSENTIAL AND TERMINOLOGICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of notion of juridical (factual) composition in civil law doctrine. Practice of usage term “juridical composition” “factual composition” and “compound juridical fact” in legal literature is analyzed, reasons of such terminological plurality are defined, and author’s concept about raised issue is expounded.
