DESTRUCTIVE LEGISLATION AS AN OBJECT OF LUSTRATION

Abstract
In the article, the destructive trends in legislation and legal mechanisms to eliminate them are investigated. The definition of a destructive law is formulated and its types are determined. Examples of irregularities in the adoption of important anti-corruption laws are given. The need for lustration destructive legislation is proved. The mechanisms of cleaning of the legal system from the destructive manifestations are analyzed.
