Justification of preventive analytical tools in the format of effective sanation of construction enterprises

Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of a common methodology organization of the system of financial risk management with regard to the functioning of the real estate companies in the construction market of Ukraine. The proposed solution to the problems of harmonization of the elements of the innovation technologies of risk management and their development in the General system of management of economic activities of a construction company. The article deals with theoretical and practical aspects of the identification of risks and their impact on the operation of enterprises: the nature and types of risks are analyzed macro – and mcracing affecting the degree of risk of the company, evaluated the effectiveness of systems of risk management and the directions of its improvement. An algorithm to identify and describe the risks, tailored to the requirements of the basic internationally recognized standards activities.
