JUVENILE JUSTICE: PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION AND PERSPECTIVES

Abstract
The article deals with the features of the juvenile justice institute. A comparative analysis of the provisions of the Crim- inal Procedural Code of Ukraine and the Criminal Code of Ukraine is presented. The jurisprudence on the investigated issue is considered. Examples from the international experience of the juvenile justice institute are provided.
