Abstract
Особое внимание в данной статье уделяется вопросам реализации норм права, которые занимают одно из главнейших мест среди актуальных проблем юридической науки. Однако не смотря на это, специальный теоретический анализ реализации норм финансового права в юридической литературе встречается достаточно редко. Основываясь на общетеоретических подходах права, автор анализирует особенности форм реализации финансово-правовых норм, правовое регулирование отношений, складывающихся в связи с применением данных норм.
