КАДРОВИЙ СКЛАДНИК У СИСТЕМІ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ПРАВОВОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ РОБОТИ МІСЦЕВИХ СУДІВ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
Досліджено теоретичні засади кадрового забезпечення системи судоустрою в Україні. Роз- крито сутність поняття «кадровий складник системи» організаційно-правового забезпечення діяльності місцевих судів. Проведено аналіз сучасного алгоритму добору суддів. Визначено основні напрями підвищення ефективності кадрового забезпечення та управління кадрами в місцевому суді. Розкрито сутність і значення ротації суддівських кадрів.
