SPECIFICS OF CORPORATE RELATIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF MODERN ECONOMIC AND LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract
The article analyses content and establishes certain features of modern economic and legal regulation of corporate relations. In particular, the existing approaches to the branch affiliation of corporate legal relations are considered. In addition, the content of such elements of corporate relations as property-economic and organizational-economic obligations are considered. Defining features and content of corporate rights in the context of economic and legal regulation are analysed and established. Legislative regulation of any social relations means creating an appropriate legal regime for them, which would provide their participants with the most complete satisfaction of their own interests. However, the creation of such a regime is impossible without addressing first and foremost the issues: the nature of the internal content of social relations (rights and responsibilities); their legal object, the distinctive features and peculiarities. The answer to these questions must necessarily be given by the jurisprudence, taking into account all the changes and transformations that take place in society and reflected in these social connections. Among the necessary steps that will contribute to the achievement of meaningful changes in the field of corporate legal relationships, it should be noted, in particular, the following: elimination of legislative contradictions between a number of norms of by-laws and the content of relevant laws governing certain corporate relations; the creation of a systematic and consistent state policy in the field of corporate law and, accordingly, unified application of terms in this area. In addition, implementation of mechanisms for the proper implementation of provisions of regulatory acts should be substantially improved, the level of attraction of scientific and technical potential to the economy and creation of effective mechanisms for the implementation of state economic programs for the promotion of business development in Ukraine should be ensured. Consequently, in its content, the corporate rights of the corporation member represent a set of legal relationships, namely: organizational and economic obligations that can exist between the participants themselves and between the participants and the corporation; property and economic obligations that may also exist between the participants themselves and between the participants and the corporation.
