Kajian Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Manajemen Konflik Tingkat Pimpinan Di GPT Baithani Denpasar

Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan bagaimana kecerdasan emosional dipercaya mampu menjadi salah satu alat dalam manajemen konflik dan yang kedua adalah memberikan pemaparan tentang pentingnya manajemen konflik dalam penanganan konflik yang terjadi di Gereja Pentakosta Tabernakel Baithani Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penulisan yang secara langsung pada sumber data, data yang terkumpul lewat wawancara dan diuraikan secara kalimat dan bukan secara angka, sehingga hasil dari penelitian tersebut akan menghasilkan teori. Implikasi praktis yang dihasilkan adalah setiap pemimpin ketika menjalankan roda kepemimpinan mampu mengelola konflik dengan bijak yang didasarkan dengan manajemen konflik. Pemimpin yang berhasil adalah pemimpin dengan kemampuan mengelola konflik yang terjadi di tubuh organisasi yang dipimpinnya. Pemimpin yang tidak mengumbar emosi negatif yang mengarah kepada tindakan destruktif. Pemimpin harus memberikan output konstruktif (bersifat membangun). The purpose of this study is to explain how emotional intelligence is believed to be able to be one of the tools in conflict management, and the second is to explain the importance of conflict management in handling conflicts that occur in the Pentecostal Church Baithani Denpasar. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method that is writing directly on the data source, data collected through interviews, and described in sentences and not numbers so that the results of the research will produce a theory. The practical implications presented are that every leader, when running the leadership wheel, can manage conflicts wisely based on conflict management. Successful leaders are leaders with the ability to manage conflicts that occur in the body of the organization they lead. Leaders do not lead to destructive actions. The leader must provide constructive output. The leader must give useful output.
