Abstract
भारतीय समाज मे कामकाजी महिलाओ को अक्सर पारिवारिक व सामाजिक समयाओ से जूझना पड़ता है । इस तथ्य को ध्यान मे रखते हुए लेखिकाओ ने वर्तमान शोध अध्ययन का उदे्दश्य कोरबा नगर के शाशकीय संस्थानो मे कार्यरत महिलाओ तथा अशाशकीय संस्थानो मे कार्यरत महिलाओ के पारिवारिक व सामाजिक समयाओ पर केन्द्रित रखा है ।
