Abstract
The article deals with existing approaches to the management of human resources in enterprises. The use of a new system of human resources management that is based on the implementation of quality management system in accordance with international standards. It was considered assessment of the performance and efficiency of the management of human resources that allow you to build a more productive forms of cooperation between labor and management. Human resources management software was developed in the enterprise.
