Key Competencies Concerning Specialists of Specialty "Cyber Security" on the Subject "Computer Graphics" According to the Industrial Model of Industry

Abstract

This article covers the main factors of forming competences of bachelors of specialty ''Cyber Security'' according to the world system of standardization. Different forms of illumination competencies in modern domestic recommendations presentation of competencies and in the basis for the interpretation of the world system of definitions are considered. As a result of research we can draw the following conclusion that in the existing programs of the leading technical Higher education institutions of Ukraine approaches in the formation of professional competencies from the subject "Computer Graphics" unequivocally present directions of knowledge provision in accordance with the educational field of knowledge "Information Technologies". However, it is indicated in the knowledge programs and skills do not emphasize the difference of special competencies of specialists in the specialty "Cyber Security" and practically do not differ from the general competences of the specialties "Computer Science" or "Computer Engineering". Exploring the system of international standards should be noted an urgent need to introduce additional lecture, practical material as well as laboratory complexes for the formation of knowledge from specialists in the subject "Computer Graphics" specialty 125 "Cyber Security". The list and the classification of the basic professional and specialty competence of a specialist taking into account the world standardization system of the Industrial Model are defined. The modern requirements to specialists of the IT industry in the specialty "Cyber Security" on the subject "Computer Graphics" are included. The features of the basic approach of formation professional or specialty competences from the discipline "Computer Graphics" for bachelors of specialty "Cyber Security" according to the industrial model of the USA by properties of the information system and with considering international standards and requirements are determined.
