Organizational and Pedagogical Conditions of Special Competence Development of Heads of Physical Training and Sports of Military Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the System of Postgraduate Education.

Abstract
Today, in the conditions of constant change in the military education system, competition in the labour-market, also as constant tension at the east of Ukraine the servicemen special competence has become extremely important. As of now, the servicemen professional activity demands not only a deep knowledge of professional sphere, but constant renewal of this knowledge, its deepening and improvement of professional abilities and skills. Considering the problem of special competence development of heads of physical training and sports of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, first of all we rely on the post-graduate education system, as a part of continuing educations system, aimed at the bringing of any specialist special competence in accordance with the world standards, demands of time, individual and production demands. We state, that it must be systematic, include all the stages of preparation, content, methods and means. To achieve the goals of study the pedagogical and organizational conditions must contain methodological, theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of heads of physical training and sports of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We state, that the successful development of heads of physical training and sports of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the post-graduate education system will happen when next organizational and pedagogical conditions are created: pedagogical modelling special competence development of heads of physical training and sports of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in post-graduate education system, development of up-to-date complex methodology of heads of physical training and sports of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in post-graduate education system, self-development of heads of physical training and sports of military units in educational process, application of objective assessment criteria level of development special competence of heads of physical training and sports of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Post-graduate education system. Materials of our research has shown, that these officers special competence development depends on the organizational and pedagogical conditions, choice of the forms, methods and means of learning. The organizational and pedagogical conditions allow improving the educational process. The result of special competence development of heads of physical training and sports of military units has to be the positive dynamics in knowledge growth, as well as growth in skills and abilities, experience in self and professional development, development of such a habits as persistence, purposefulness, creative activity, self-dependence, responsibility and self-discipline.
