Key moments of the functioning of the innovation investment economy in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the driving forces of the innovation and investment economy of Ukraine, which are based on the development of intellectual resources, information, knowledge and computer technologies. Simultaneously with the advantages of forming such a system, the author singled out the individual difficulties of its formation. The article substantiates the necessity of fulfilling the conditions for the formation of the innovation and investment economy of Ukraine. This made it possible to identify economic prerequisites and institutional measures for the innovative development of industries in Ukraine.
