KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS AS THE TOOL OF THE MULTI-VECTOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT POLICY

Abstract
The article discusses key performance indicators (KPI) as a tool for planning, managing, monitoring, and analysing. Requirements for the formation of the KPI system are defined. The focus is on the complexity of evaluating and collecting the required information for non-financial KPI. Approaches to the establishment of target values of KPI are proposed. The necessity of decomposition of KPI to all hierarchical levels of the enterprise, including individual plans of employees, is substantiated. The algorithm of application of the scores method for the evaluation of the management system, the dynamics of business development, and control over the implementation of strategic tasks based on the KPI system is proposed.
