KEY PRINCIPLES OF FORMATION OF THE VALUE AND SENSE SPHERE OF THE PERSONALITY

Abstract
The article deals with the specific principles of formation of the value and sense sphere of the personality (humanization, human-centrism, i nspiration and cultural compliance, ideal personality creation, dialogicity, complementarity, and temporality), and reveals their essence. The author points out that all principles should be considered in the activity-oriented context. The author emphasizes that the principles are interrelated by both content and process, notes that the concept "principle" is directly related to the mechanisms of the formation of the value and sense sphere of the future specialists, and reveals their features, as well as the limits of their use. The scientist underlines that in the process of formation of the value and sense sphere of the future specialists the following takes on particular importance: humanization of the content of the teaching and learning process and provision of the motivational basis for educational activity based on spiritual values; involvement of student youth in the active perception of the products of the spiritual activity of mankind (scientific, aesthetic, and ethical); representation in the educational space of the University of spiritual values (personal, national, and universal) as the basis for interpersonal cooperation, interaction, co-existence on the basis of Truth, Good and Beauty. Attention is focused on the principles of dialogicity and complementarity in the formation of the value and sense sphere of the future specialists. The first principle should be considered in the context of the post-non-classical measurement of psychological theory and practice as a prerequisite for the complementarity of different, even alternative, positions in value self-determination of personality. Theoretical basis of the second principle form the ideas of complementarity that are universal for many spheres of human activity. The author underlines that according to the principle of complementary the same fact can be viewed in different, although complementary aspects. Besides, attention is paid to the conceptual positions of the systemic and synergetic approaches (complementarity, interpenetration and intergeneration of systems of different levels (or subsystems), and their openness).
