PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SUPPLY OF SPIRITUAL AND CULTURAL EDUCATION OF A PERSONALITY IN THE XXIst CENTURY

Abstract
The problem of development of psychological and pedagogical support of spiritual and cultural education of the person in the XXI century is becoming acute. The focus is on the fact that after the era of dominance of the intellectual development of mankind comes the time of development of consciousness, spiritual and cultural values. Appropriate changes should take place in the field of education, in the process of training and education of young people. The orientation of the educational process aimed at the spiritual and cultural development of young people must be the psychological model of a personality with a high spiritual potential. The presented psychological model was developed by isolating and generalizing the psychological qualities of spiritual leaders of different times and peoples. It includes 125 psychological qualities that most clearly manifest in communication, orientation, character, self-awareness, spiritual experience. Using the model in practice allows teachers, psychologists and parents more consciously and purposefully to exercise educational impact on children. Special requirements are also put forward to the content of education and education in the XXI century. First of all, curricula should be supplemented with subjects that reveal the inner world of the person himself, his needs, emotions, feelings, will, values and meanings of life. In an accessible form, this content should contribute to the disclosure of the spiritual potential of students and to prepare them for self-realization in the family and professional spheres. The author's psychological and pedagogical means are directed on the spiritual and cultural upbringing of the person at different age stages. Among them - tested special courses, programs and projects for the spiritual self-realization of children and young people. Their realization in practice depends on the personality of the teacher and the level of innovation of his professional training. The problem of special training of pedagogical staff for spiritual and cultural education of the personality remains promising.
