THEORETICAL MODEL OF CULTURE OF PEDAGOGICAL INTERACTION OF LECTURERS AND STUDENTS

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of determining the essence and content of the culture of pedagogical interaction, the factors that influence its formation in the education system. The authors substantiate the interrelation between the components of pedagogical interaction, namely, culture, communication and cooperation, which directly influence the effectiveness of pedagogical activity. It is noted that the pedagogical culture is based on the general, moral and professional culture of the teacher`s personality and depends on his spiritual world. Attention is paid to no less valuable component of the culture of pedagogical interaction such as the level of teacher’s mastering of pedagogical skills. Mastering its components has a great influence on the formation of a fruitful interaction of participants in the educational process. The authors reveal the principles, styles and types of pedagogical communication, as well as the structure of cooperation as a part of pedagogical interaction (active forms of learning, dialogicity). The authors have defined the dependence of the effectiveness of teaching on the level of formation of the culture of interaction between the teacher and the student, and the influence of each component of interaction on the development of personal and professional qualities of student youth. The role and place of the culture of pedagogical interaction in the modern educational environment, its place in the structure of the teacher`s culture is defined. The theoretical structural model reflecting the author’s vision of culture of pedagogical interaction of subjects of educational process is given. According to this model, the participants of educational activity should constantly develop, bring up the best moral and professional qualities, skillfully and optimally interact with each other.
