CONTENTS AND STRUCTURE OF THE METHODS IN EDUCATION OF THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE WITH PUPILS SECONDARY SCHOOL AGE

Abstract
The article substantiates the content and structure of the method of education of emotional intelligence in institutions of secondary education in pupils of secondary school age. The structural components of emotional intelligence that are formed in the process of specially organized educational and educational influence are revealed; their content in the context of the educational work of the institution of secondary education for the formation and formation of the emotional and sensual world of pupils of secondary school age; the possibility of developing the emotional intelligence of students in the process of educational work of teachers and psychological service of the institution of secondary education. Emotional intelligence is considered as an important factor for the full formation of the personality of the adolescent, the preservation of his social and psychological health, adaptation to the social world and preparedness for life. The content and structure of the methodology for the education of emotional intelligence for pupils of secondary school age are aimed at: the development of self-awareness (awareness of own emotions and feelings) and self-regulation (conscious regulation of emotional states and behavior); the development of social consciousness (empathy, ability to understand the inner world of other people), increase self-confidence (assertiveness) during interpersonal interaction, development of a sense of self-acceptance; reducing aggressiveness and anti-social behavior through the development of the ability to make responsible decisions (proactive behavior) Implementation of the methodology for the education of emotional intelligence in institutions of secondary education will enable the formation of emotional literacy among schoolchildren. This will allow you to better understand teens in the emotional functioning of people, to succeed in communicating with teachers and peers, to resolve conflicts, to understand themselves, their desires and needs, the causes of their own actions, as well as to set goals and succeed. Predicted positive effect of the methodology in accordance with the proposed structure and content of the education of emotional intelligence among pupils of secondary school age in the system of institution of secondary education.
