DIAGNOSTICS OF FORMATION OF CULTUROLOGICAL COMPONENT OF CONFLICTOLOGICAL CULTURE IN STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES

Abstract
Technical progress and the need for highly qualified technical specialists is growing rapidly. In this pursuit of professionalism, very often attention is not paid to the fact that the professionalism of future engineers should manifest itself not only among technical devices, but also in communication with other people, and European integration processes induce communication with people of other nationalities, religions, ethnic groups and cultures. Therefore, the formation of a conflictological culture among future specialists of technical specialties is an important component of professional competence. The article highlights the components of the conflictological culture to which the motivational-professional, psychological, cognitive-creative, cultural, evaluation components are assigned. One of the priority components is considered cultural component. The author considers the cultural component of the conflictological culture of future technical specialists as the ability of technical specialists to master knowledge that will help them to freely navigate and communicate in a multicultural society, resist anti-humanistic tendencies in their professional activities and tolerantly address problems, promote understanding and prevent conflict problems. The cultural component is based on the following aspects, such as communication skills and conflict-free communication; ideas of ethnic identity; basics of professional ethics; ability to tolerance; perception of the multiculturalism of others and the ability to coexist with them. The article presents the results of the pedagogical experiment of the formation of the cultural component of future specialists in technical specialties. The effectiveness of introducing interactive learning technologies in the process of teaching humanities and culturological disciplines that contribute to the formation of the cultural component of the conflictological culture of students of technical higher educational institutions is proved by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion.
