ANALYSIS OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE BORDERS IN THE CONTEXT OF FORMING SOCIO-ECONOMIC COMPETENCE IN THE PROCESS OF UNLIMITED EDUCATION

Abstract
The article substantiates that the preparation of future officers of the border agency is carried out in all countries that are concerned about the protection of their sovereignty. Many scientific researches of foreign and domestic authors are devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the preparation of future border guards. Scientists define the priority principles for training cadets for passing the service at the border: unity of state policy in preparing future specialists of the border service, practical direction of training, connection with troops, selection of optimal technologies, forms, methods and means of training; compliance of financial, informational, material and technical support of the process of professional training of cadets of the border service. In different countries of the world, the training of border control specialists is aimed at solving many problems that have many in common. The researchers consider the peculiarities of the selection and training system of personnel of various parts of the Border Guard in many countries; analyze the current experience of border guards training in the countries of the European Union; determine the peculiarities of the professional training of law enforcement officers, including border guards, in educational institutions of leading NATO countries; generalizations of tendencies of different directions of training of cadets-border guards. The publication of the Unified Border Guard Training Program of the European Union countries deserves attention Alongside with the special training, the students are expected to familiarize themselves with the main economic directions of development of other countries and social aspects in order to competently perform their professional functions. This approach involves the formation of social and economic competence of future employees of the border department.
