Kilka uwag do nowelizacji Kodeksu postępowania karnego z 27 września 2013 r.

Abstract
A thorough amendment of the Code of Criminal Procedure introduced by the Act from September 27th 2013 (Dz. U. 2013, item 1247, as amended) as amended by the Act from February 20th 2015 (Dz. U. 2015, item 396) included also the provisions concerning pre-trial proceedings and proceedings before the court of first instance with emphasis on the adversiarial system of the criminal trial. The article is aimed at discussing main problems with interpretation and practical issues associated with the entry into force of a comprehensive amendment of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
