Kilka uwag o istocie wojny nieregularnej

Abstract
In spite of the fact that conflicts between countries, and even whole civilisations are still possible, the internal, state conflicts taking shape of irregular war seem most probable. Irregularity in this war appear most of all in the way of its waging and using assets. Conflict in irregular war results from political, economic or culture differences within given community. Irregular war is present in the community’s physical and psychological sphere which becomes the battlefield. The enemy in the irregular war is undefined and it is not known when, where and how they will attack. They are not led by any ethic standards. When they introduce a dogma to their illegal activity, they contribute to intensifying the conflict between the followers of a particular faith or ideology. Ideological and religious clashes largely influence the actions of authorities, and sometimes are even the direct cause of the collapse of a legal government.
