Abstract
This Article addresses the issue of refusal to draw up notarial deeds and the legal nature of the complaint set forth in Article 83 of the Act on Notaries Public. In the legal doctrine of civil proceedings, certain divergences have been indicated between the legal nature of said complaint. It should also be noted that the body of judicial decisions is not unanimous in this regard.
