Klassische Unternehmensformen contra innovativer Strukturen in globalen Unternehmen

Abstract
Moderne Ideen zur Gründung von gewerblichen Existenzen können heutzutage, unter Nutzung gesellschaftlicher, politischer und nationaler Gesetze und Gepflogenheiten, ganz neue Wege in einer innovativen Welt im Zeitalter der Globalisierung gehen. Es ist an der Zeit, im Rahmen der Globalisierung neue Denkmuster und Wege zu finden, kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen ebenso globalen und internationalen Charakter zu gewährleisten, wie den sogenannten „Großen“ ohne dabei eine immens hohe Kapitalbelastung bzw. Kapitalbindung zu erwirken, die die Unternehmen in ihrer Handlungsfähigkeit einschränken würden.
