КЛАСТЕРИЗАЦІЯ ЯК ІННОВАЦІЙНИЙ СПОСІБ РОЗВИТКУ ТУРИСТИЧНИХ РЕГІОНІВ

Abstract

T. Chichkalyuk, R. Volchetskyi Clustering as an innovative way of tourist regions development. The innovative ways of development of regional tourist complexes on the example of a cluster approach and its new organizational forms are considered in the article. The detailed questions regarding the peculiarities of the development and functioning of cluster associations, their marketing in the modern business environment need further development. The authors attempt to analyze scientifically the project of introducing a cluster model in the development of tourism by the territorial communities of the cities of southern Ukraine and ascertaining the future effectiveness of the cluster and its attractiveness. From the standpoint of clusterization, a scientifically grounded assessment of the possibilities of rational use of natural recreational, historical and cultural potential of the South of Ukraine has been made. The cluster in different versions of the English translation means: "bunch", "beeswax", "brush", "inflorescence", "beam", "accumulation", "group". Comprehensive works by Michael Porter laid the scientific (foreign) foundations of clustering in the field of tourism. He highlighted the internal and external functional structures of the clusters, the stages of their creation, the direction of genesis, etc. The formation and development of a regional tourism industry positively influences the development of the economy, because it provides a certain amount of work for the adjacent sectors of the economy, which are involved in the maintenance of tourists. For example, the creation of a regional tourist cluster in the south of Ukraine with the name of the project: "The introduction of a cluster model in the development of tourism by the territorial communities of the cities of the South of Ukraine." In order to solve the problems of tourism development, increase the quality and volumes of tourist services presented in the tourist markets in the city of Voznesensk, the Voznesensk City Public Organization a tourist cluster "Voznesensk" was founded and operates. Its purpose is to promote tourism development in the city, to unite efforts to create conditions for interest of tourists by this tourist destination. Innovative way of solving these problems was to unite, on a partnership basis, the efforts of small towns in the South of Ukraine by developing, branding and promoting a single tourist product. As the result of the project activities, there will be the growth of the image of the city of Voznesensk and partner cities of the South of Ukraine as a tourist region of the state. Clustering of the tourist sector of the South of Ukraine will revitalize recreational activities and stimulate the development of other industries of the national economy in the near future.
