Abstract
І.О. Kondratieva. Outsourcing in agrochemical service. The article shows current state of outsourcing in Ukraine and its importance for agriculture, exactly for agrichemical service. The advantages and necessity of outsourcing calling in by agricultural enterprises is identified, what would allow to improve not only agronomic aspects of activities, but also their financial part. There were distinguished the main advantages of outsourcing for agrichemical service: highly qualified specialists’ advice and its brining to life; outsourcing between partners is systematic and permanent; a performer together with a customer work out a budget and money sources schedule, responsibilities and equipment; cropping patterns and technological cards are worked out according to researches fulfilled, they designate the crops growth operations in time and space, indicate deadlines, necessary equipment, physical and money resources involved in reference to each field and crop; supplies coordination with different accessory companies and subsidiaries, connection with individual planning departments; quality checking procedures etc. Responding to novelties in agrichemical service development, market offers a lot of new and original technical solutions of one or other aspects. That’s why it’s important to choose the most effective crops to grow. These activities have to be performed by the specialists, who are acknowledged with the latest achievements, got inside the researches and are ready to propose an algorithm of their implementation. In conditions of severe competition, the desired result would be achieved only by those who use innovations, modern technologies and machinery in their production. Some of main factors of competition are security, speed, economy and efficiency in problem solving. Outsourcing has the qualities to satisfy needs and requirements, whereupon it has become more and more necessary in the market.
