Abstract
In the article, we deal with the issue of knowledge management and its use in the Slovak Armed Forces (OS SR). The authors point to possible implementation of Knowledge management in the OS SR. A part of the article is an analysis of a conducted survey, which was focused on the results of the issue of Knowledge management with the aim of finding out how students, professional soldiers and employees apply their acquired knowledge and experience of Knowledge management in practice and, in particular, the manner in which they share it.<br/><br/>
