KOBİ’lerde Çalışanların Mobbinge Maruz Kalma Durumları: Kırklareli İlinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract
Mobbing işyerinde bir çalışanın veya grubun, diğer bir çalışana yönelttiği olumsuz istenmeyen davranışlar şeklinde açıklanan, günümüzde sıklıkla karşılaşılan ve hem bireysel hem de örgütsel düzeyde ciddi tehlike arz eden bir sorundur. Çalışmamızda öncelikle KOBİ kavramının tanımı yapılmış, mobbing kavramının tanımı, gelişimi ve hangi tür davranışların mobbing kabul edildiği ve başa çıkma yöntemleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu çalışmada amaç KOBİ’lerde çalışanların mobbinge maruz kalma durumlarını ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla anket çalışmasıyla birincil verilere dayalı olarak gerçekleştirilen araştırma sunulmuştur. Araştırmanın evrenini Kırklareli ilinde faaliyette bulunan KOBİ’lerde istihdam edilen personel oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda, tesadüfî örnekleme yoluna başvurularak işletmeler rastgele seçilmiştir. Mobbingin KOBİ’lerde çalışanlar tarafından algılanış şekli, işyerinde mobbinge maruz kalma durumu hakkındaki görüşleri, bu olumsuz davranışlarla başa çıkma yöntemleri hakkında elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilmiştir. Mobbing is defined as unwanted or negative behavior an employee or a group directed to another employee at the workplace, and it is a common problem today which poses a serious threat on both individual and organizational levels. The aim of this study is to present the state of SMEs employees’ exposure to mobbing. For this aim, the research which was carried out by relying on the primary data collected with the questionnaire is presented. The personnel employed in SMEs operating in Kırklareli province compose the universe of the research. Within this scope, enterprises are randomly selected by using the random sampling method. The findings related to the way mobbing is perceived by SMEs employees, their views about exposure to mobbing at work, their ways of coping with such negative behavior are evaluated.
